Booking Policy
We welcome bookings online or by phone. To assist with color selection and preparation, we invite guests to arrive a few minutes early.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Kindly notify us in advance for any changes. Same-day adjustments are considered late cancellations. Missed appointments without prior notice are defined as no-shows and may lead to prepayment requirements for future visits.
10-Day Quality Assurance
We offer complimentary repairs for lifting, cracks, or breakage within 10 days of your visit, excluding regular polish. Guests are responsible for color choices; changes after application incur a charge. If you cannot return within the window, please call us to discuss options. Guest Etiquette
We ask that children be supervised and phone use be mindful. We value warm, respectful interactions between our guests and dedicated staff.

🔧 If you experience any lifting, cracks, chips, or nail breakage within 10 days of your visit, we’ll gladly provide a complimentary repair.
🎨 Customers are responsible for their color choices. If you decide to change the color after application, an additional charge will apply.
